By declaring the content by the sender on the basis of the actual value ofmail is to give the letters, printed papers, literature for blind, smallpackages international dispacht, parcels and cargo, Turpex posts, notificationdocuments are acceptable in special packaging or off method.

Items of which the cash on delivery value is over 3.000 TL for delivery att he address items and over 1.000 TL for items with destination to villages, are delivered at PTT offices.

Send mail to the desired date of mailing, the sender address to be taken by the PTT service is called " Receive From The Address Special Service".

Receive from the address special service is limited to the establishment of facilities and vehicle allocated to the PTT office and materials to be transported.

The letters and postcards, if there is dispatch by airmail. Aircraft will not bill with a special service fee.

Special flight service fee is charged for these items per 100 gr. and its fractions.

Special flight service fee may be charged for registered or unregistered items.

Advice of receipt special service is the notification of the sender that item was delivered to addressee or third parties that can claim, by signing provided that it's registered mail. The document which is prepared with the items including advice of receipt special service is called "advice of receipt card".

Delivery of registered item on condition of being claimed by only receiver himself by signing is called "Delivery of Items Claimed Only By The Receiver Private Service".

"Delivery of Items Claimed Only By The Receiver Private Service" may not beapplied for the items sent on behalf of the soldier sand prisoners.

Claimed only by the receiver and advice of receipt services for the items to be sent to private or official parties that can be reached through principal clerk, secretary or military assistant due to their special positions, is accepted only with the condition that sender commits by signing "It can be delivered to the special aide In cases of not being able to reached to receiver" part on the advice of receipt card, otherwise these items are not accepted.

Charging of postal and special service fees for both way sending and returning of the registered domestic items in advance is called Round Trip Fee In Advance Payment Private Service.

Delivery ofitems to the receiver without waiting for the general delivery is called "Private Messenger Service" .

In order a domestic item to be accepted with Private Messenger Service the address of receiver must be inside city delivery area of a center.

Items addressed to villages and staff in military facilities cannot be accepted with Private Messenger Service.

Delivery of items in PTT Offices with the request of sender by not stating an address but giving only name, sir name and name of the PTT Office and choosing statement "Postrestant" or "Delivery At Ptt Office" is called "Postrestant" or "Delivery At Ptt Office" private service.

This private service can be requested for registered or unregistered items.

"Information by phone private service" is a service if the sender request, information ondelivery or non-delivery of domestic registered items is given by domesticfized or mobile (GSM).

For using the information by phone special service, it is obliged for providing phone number by sender who request and phone number should belong to domestic operators.

This additional service can also be requested for EMS Courier Registered items.

Notification by phone private service is applied for informing addressee by phone when items received. For the items applied this service, addresses's domestic phone number should be taken by sender during items accepted.

Without making payment of "Notification by Phone Special Service" additional fee, this service is not applied even if phone number is written on the item.

This additional service is requested for EMS Courier Registered items.

"Controlled Delivery Private Service" is a service that according to the request of sender, receiving item by controlling from addressee on delivery time.

This additional service can be requested for EMS Courier Registered items.

"Fee Charged From Receiver Special Service" is a service that according to the request of sender, collection of total fee of shipment fee and special services of domestic registered items from receiver.

This additional service can be requested for EMS Courier Registered items, but it can not be requested with the cash on delivery special service.
