With the scope of cooperation between our company and the Ministry of Family, Labor, and Social Services - General Directorate of Social Aid; Conditional Health Benefits (Health and Pregnancy) are the benefits provided to ones having no social security, to the needy families to send their children for a medical examination within the Law no 3294, and the health check of the mother to be during pregnancy, and giving birth in the hospital.  

Conditional Education Benefits; these are the benefits provided once in 2 months to families having no social security and who are needy under the Law No. 3294 for their children to continue formal education and on condition that the children are not absent for more than 4 days in a month in the months in which school is open.

CASH SOCIAL AID PAYMENTS FOR WOMEN WHOSE SPOUSE HAS PASSED AWAY

Within the scope of the cooperation between our company and the General Directorate of Social Benefits of the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services, cash payments are made every 2 months for women who do not have an individual with social security in the household, who are in need under Law 3294 and who have lost their last officially married spouse.

PAYMENTS UNDER LAW NO. 2022

In accordance with the cooperation carried out between our Company and the General Directorate of Social Benefits of the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services, the payments of salaries to the right holders within the scope of Law No. 2022 are made only from our PTT workplaces.

Rights holders getting salary through our Company can receive their payments in their residences with the "DELIVERY AT THE RESIDENCE" monthly payment service without paying any additional fee and without any age limit upon their request. For this purpose, it will be enough to submit a petition to the General Directorate of Social Benefits of the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services stating that you want to receive your payment at your residence.

Salaries sent on behalf of the right holders are waiting to be paid in our Company for 6 months, and if they are not received by the right holder, they are returned to the relevant Institution at the end of the waiting period.

With the Ptt Cards distributed to the right holders who receive their payments from our Company within the scope of the Law No. 2022, it is ensured that the right holders can withdraw their payments from our workplaces, Pttmatik devices or other bank ATMs through these Pttkarts and use them for their shoppings.

Without waiting for the application of the right holders, in order to use the PTT Cards, they must apply to the nearest PTT center or branch to complete the transactions with Pttkart sent to their address and an identity document valid for payments.

Pttkart right holders will be able to request an Overdraft Account (KMH) to be linked to their accounts to which these cards are linked, so they will be able to use their Pttkart even when they do not have a balance in their account. 

CASH SOCIAL AID PAYMENTS FOR NEEDY FAMILIES OF SOLDIERS

Within the scope of the cooperation between our company and the General Directorate of Social Benefits of the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services, a regular and continuous social aid program has been launched for the families of soldiers. Thus, the needy families whose son is in the military service are paid in cash every 2 months during their son's military service. 

ORPHAN AID PAYMENTS 

Within the scope of the cooperation between our company and the General Directorate of Social Benefits of the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services, in the event that there is no one with social security within the house, those who have not turned 18, whose mother, father or both have passed away, those who does not benefit from Social and Economic Support (SED) provided by the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services, children who are not under protection and care in organizations; who do not benefit from the Assistance Program for Needy Soldier's Child, those who do not benefit from the Assistance under Law No 2022 -on behalf of child- can benefit. 

CASH SOCIAL AID PAYMENTS FOR NEEDY CHILDREN OF SOLDIERS

Within the scope of the cooperation between our company and the General Directorate of Social Benefits of the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services, in houses where mother, father or both have passed away, children under the age of 18 benefit and needy families of soldiers benefit from the regular cash aid program as a soldier's spouse,  cash payments are made every 2 months for children under the age of 18 of a soldier.

MATERNITY BENEFITS

Within the scope of the cooperation between our company and the General Directorate of Social Benefits of the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services, eligible mothers are paid one-time cash payments for their first, second, third and subsequent children born alive.

CHRONIC DISEASE BENEFIT PAYMENTS

Within the scope of the cooperation between our company and the General Directorate of Social Benefits of the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services, monthly payments are made to patients who have suffered psycho-social and financial losses due to Tuberculosis And SSPE disease.

PAYMENTS OF THE CAMPAIGN "WE ARE ENOUGH FOR US TÜRKİYE"

SOCIAL SUPPORT PROGRAM PAYMENTS

These are the payments started in phases during the pandemic period, within the framework of the National Solidarity Campaign "We are Enough for Us Türkiye" within the scope of the cooperation between our company and the General Directorate of Social Benefits of the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services.

ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION SUPPORT PAYMENTS

Within the scope of the cooperation between our company and the General Directorate of Social Benefits of the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services, these payments are made monthly to the right holders by deducting the amount from household electricity bills of the right holders who benefit from the regular aid programs under the 3294 and 2022 numbered laws, who apply to our workplaces with their identity card without the necessity of applying to another institution.

Household Type Electricity Bill

Cash support is provided to households with 1-2 people for 75 kWh per month,
to households with 3 people for 100 kWh per month,
to households with 4 people for 125 kWh per month,
 to households with 5 or more people for 150 kWh per month.

Within the scope of the cooperation between our company and the General Directorate of Social Benefits of the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services, the social aid payments of SYDVs operating within Governorates and District Governorates throughout Türkiye to the needy people are made through PTT.
