The packets and parcels brought by customers to PTT offices in different unstable packages, cause difficulties during processing and transporting, and this results with grievance of the customers.

With the aim of increasing customer satisfaction, setting standards for shipments, preventing damages during transporting and dispatching caused because of unstable packaging; parcel boxes and bags for the packets and parcels which will be accepted in PTT offices will be given to customers free of charge.
