My Valuable Colleagues,

Our Institution, which has been at the service of our society since 1840 without any interruption,
takes a rightful pride in getting ahead of 167 years.

I impassionedly believe that our newly joined young colleagues also have the enthusiasm for giving service which our highly distinguished colleagues, who have great contributions to carry  the centennial experience of Our Institution to the present, have and set forth.

Such as not any succes is by chance, the success of the institiutions is also not by chance but an outcome of collective study and ties of love. Our Institution that has made up the principle of offering its services with this consciousness, is making efforts to meet the requirements of the age by self-sacrificing works of its personnel at every level.

I have an endless belief that the action “change, transformation and improvement” we have started lately, will continue speeding up this year and in the coming years due to the self-sacrificing works of my colleagues at every level.

Good things we have done until now are the forerunners of what we will do hereinafter.
Following the vertiginous developments in the communication sector concurrently and even from a cut above and applying them, is the necessity for presenting a modern service and sine qua non for the target of reaching the level of contemporary civilizations. In regards to this perception, we will be all together making efforts to carry our Institution forward with the team spirit and the confidence of 167 years of experience.  

On the prompting of the 167th foundation anniversary of PTT,  I upbear our valuable members who made contributions to our Institution, embrace with love and respect all our personnel who work with supreme efforts for their mission, and hope the continuation of our success.
